Jump4Timbuktu is a fair trade organisation, which means that you can be certain your purchase will make a direct difference on the ground in Timbuktu. We are committed to providing you with an excellent service, and to ensuring that the jewellery you buy is of the highest quality. Thank you for your support.
Orders
Our secure online ordering system accepts all the major VISA/ MasterCard-affiliated cards, so you can use your credit or debit card with full confidence and security. Please choose the article(s) you wish to purchase in our Shop and then click on 'Jump and Buy'.
Returns
All our artisan jewellery is hand-made and unique. However, we are happy to refund/exchange articles for you, although we cannot do so if they have been used or damaged after being received by you. Articles should be returned within 21 days of being despatched to you. Please note you will be responsible for the return postage cost to us. As we cannot be held responsible for articles that do not reach us, we advise you to keep proof of postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
If you are requesting an exchange or a refund, please notify us in advance through the Contact Us section on the website. Returns should be mailed to Marie Rogers, Jump4Timbuktu, Ty Cerrig, Llanigon, HAY-ON-WYE, Hereford, HR3 5QA.
Delivery
We aim to despatch your article(s) within three working days from order and receipt of payment. Our online Shop indicates if an item is not in stock. If the article you have chosen is unavailable for unforeseen reasons, we will notify you as soon as possible.
We charge £3.50 for postage and packing on small or modest size orders shipped within the UK or Channel Islands. If you wish for your order to be shipped outside the UK, we will send you an invoice for the additional amount and you can pay this by credit card using our secure payment facility. Orders to non UK/Channel Island destinations will not be shipped until the additional postage charge has been received by us.
